Terms of service

Mycelial Ventures provides advisory and consulting services. This site publishes what those are and lets you schedule a conversation about them.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer to perform work. An engagement begins when we both agree its scope in writing — not when you book a call.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you give. Confirmations and the calendar invite go there, and a wrong address means you will not receive them.

Every confirmation contains a link to reschedule or cancel. Please use it rather than simply not attending — that time is held for you and cannot be offered to anyone else.

I may need to reschedule occasionally. If that happens you will be notified at the address you booked with, and any payment is refunded in full if we cannot find another time.

The discovery call is free. Paid sessions are charged at the time of booking through Stripe, and the price is shown before you commit to anything.

The AI Opportunity Deep Dive is credited in full against any engagement begun within 30 days of the session.

If you cancel a paid session more than 24 hours before it starts, it is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not attend, it is not refundable — the time was reserved and cannot be resold at that notice.

Fixed-fee engagements are defined by a written scope agreed in advance. The The Root-to-Revenue Review is $4,500, runs 2 weeks, and its scope boundary is published on this site.

The guarantee, stated plainly. If the Review doesn't identify opportunities worth at least ten times its fee in measurable annual impact, you don't pay. Requires your executive team's participation in the scheduled working sessions.

Review+ carries the same guarantee against its own fee. Every other engagement is scoped in writing and carries no outcome guarantee — the diagnosis is guaranteed, implementation results are not.

No engagement begins before its deposit clears.

What you tell me about your business stays between us. I will not name you as a client, quote you, or use your situation as an example without your explicit permission.

That runs both ways: materials, frameworks and analysis I provide are for your organisation's internal use, not for redistribution or resale.

I provide business and technology advice based on the information you give me. I am not your lawyer, accountant, or tax adviser, and nothing here substitutes for professional advice in those fields.

Recommendations depend on the accuracy and completeness of what you share. Decisions about your business remain yours, and outcomes depend on execution I do not control.

To the extent permitted by law, Mycelial Ventures LLC's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

The site is provided as it is. I aim to keep it working and will fix things when they break, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If booking is unavailable, email kristof@mycelialventures.com and we will arrange a time directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

These terms may change. The version in force for a booking is the one published when you made it, and the date at the top shows when this was last revised.
